, we keep getting what we have been getting.
If wewant to change what we have ben getting in life, we will have
to change what we have been doing in life." 12 week program For Info for the Behavioral Management program This program uses three powerful subtle forms of therapy:
REALITY THERAPY -- It is necessary to help offenders become self-aware, overcome deniel and accept responsibility fir their actions. It is designed to work inside out. Direct confrontation such as scared straight often turns out negative and has little lasting affect. VALUE THERAPY -- It is used to increase self-esteem. Several studies show that when self worth is increased, emotional I.Q. is increased, and the ability to learn and willingness to change is improved. Self-esteem lies at the core of success for each individual.
